A lifting U-anchor here is 2D CNC from 3/8, 7/16, or 1/2 in round wire: inside width, leg length, and diameter on the print. Ends square, flared, or tied to a spreader when that is specified. Galvanized 1018 or 304. Working load is the buyer’s — we form the geometry and name the alloy.

A double-headed U-anchor with forged spherical feet is a forge, not this cell. A cast-in loop of stranded rope with a swaged ferrule is a sling shop. Catalog 5-ton and 10-ton headed anchors in 20 mm and 26 mm sit over the 14 mm ceiling. Send the size; the quote will say which side of the band it sits on.

Process: how we run it. Coil grades on materials. Diameters on 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2 in.
