Machine guards are 2D/3D frames plus welded mesh. 7/16 and 1/2 in for impact; 3/8 in for lighter covers. Resistance on the grid, MIG on the frame. 1018 zinc or 304.
Inside radius follows the design guide, not a sharp CAD corner.
